Renovation intervention with demolition, new buildings, complete renovation of MEP and electrical systems, soundproofing adjustment, custom finishes of the interior spaces.
In the times agreed upon with the Customer, we have transformed a degraded area into an innovative fitness center, with high-level finishes, customized in each area, without neglecting the technical needs of this area, such as for example: the screeds amortized to dampen the floor vibrations, scrupulous attention to air treatment to guarantee quality and olfactory comfort, sound insulation to avoid obstructing the use of adjacent rooms not intended for the fitness function.

The floor system is composed of a special elastomer that creates a "spring" type damping effect.
For the area dedicated to the use of weights, we have created a screed that rests on springs, so as to be in effect "suspended" with respect to the structure of the building. In this way every jolt, induced by the fall of the weights during use, is completely muffled.
